Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, a home cannot be reserved for you until the reservation funds are paid in full and the lease has been signed -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Sort of. To reserve your unit, you will have to pay reservation funds & sign the lease. Before your move in date, you will need to pay all remaining balances including the first month’s prorated rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
We accept applications from individuals who are 18 years old or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit portion is refundable after deducting any applicable charges from the move-out inspection. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We don’t usually do cosigning, but if you need one we can connect you to accompany we use. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We're excited to have you in our house! To apply, please visit our website and head to the "Search Rentals" tab. You’ll find all our amazing homes, complete with detailed info and fun property tour videos! Once you find a property you love, hit the "Apply" button and follow the instructions provided. Be sure to provide all the info and documents we need. If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out! -
How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You can easily pay through the tenant portal using EChecks or a Credit Card, which are quick and secure. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
OneUp is very Pet friendly, and almost all our homes allow pets. You will be required to pay a pet fee and all residents are required to complete a profile on petscreening.com -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We require a minimum of a 60-day notice that you want to move out. You can easily do this through your portal.
